Pre-Cruise Savings on Autographs and Photographs
Star Trek: The Cruise VII is now offering pre-cruise savings on autograph and photograph sessions with your favorite Crew Members.
We are thrilled to announce our continued partnership with EPIC Ticketing Systems, which will provide a seamless process from purchasing and receiving tickets pre-cruise, through picking up printed photos onboard!
Please carefully review the information below, as the autograph/photograph process may have changed from previous years.
Important Note: Some autograph and photograph opportunities are divided into two sessions – Blue and Red. Your SeaPass Card color will determine which autograph/photograph session to attend.
What color SeaPass Card do I have? Your SeaPass Card color indicates your assigned Main Show Time and which autograph/photograph session to attend. Guests who selected the 1st Main Show have Blue SeaPass Cards, and guests who selected the 2nd Main Show have Red SeaPass Cards. Guests MUST attend the autograph/photograph session that aligns with their SeaPass Card color.

What does my autograph ticket include? Your autograph ticket entitles you to one signature on any one item that you provide. NOTE: Celebrity headshots are not guaranteed to be available for purchase during the autograph sessions. To assist with keeping the lines moving, we ask that you refrain from taking photos with the celebrity during the autograph session.
What does my photograph ticket include? Your photograph ticket entitles you to one 8×10 full-color print of you (and up to three guests) with the Crew Member you selected at the time of purchase. To avoid unnecessary delays during the session, we would like to remind guests that you are not buying a “conversation” with the celebrity. Photo ops will last a maximum of 15 seconds and absolutely no autographs are allowed. Digital copies and reprints are available at the time of purchase (additional fees apply), and photo pickup and reprint information will be available onboard.
How do I purchase tickets? Using the appropriate link (based on your SeaPass Card color), select the Crew Member autograph and/or photograph you wish to purchase.
How do I receive my purchased ticket(s)? Immediately after you make your online purchases, you will receive an email confirmation from EPIC PHOTO OPS (email@example.com) containing your tickets for download. Please print and bring your tickets onboard, as each ticket will be collected at the autograph/photograph session. To ensure successful email delivery of your tickets, add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book.
I earned a complimentary photo for booking my cruise early. How do I redeem that photo? Guests who rebooked their cruise reservation prior to or while onboard the 2023 sailing, will receive a voucher for one complimentary exclusive Family Photo with Wil Wheaton, Ed Speleers, and Gates McFadden. The voucher is redeemable for one picture that includes all guests residing in the same cabin, with a maximum of four guests. The complimentary voucher will be sent to the primary email address on file by no later than December 1, 2023. Please print and bring the voucher onboard to redeem the complimentary cabin photo.
What if I cannot print my ticket/lose my ticket? If you are unable to print your ticket(s), or you lose them, please visit the EPIC Team for assistance onboard. EPIC hours and location will be available in the Daily Program.
What is the turnaround time to receive my photo onboard? Will I be able to get my photo signed if I purchase an autograph session? Photographs are typically available for pickup immediately following each session. Autograph sessions are strategically scheduled 1-2 days after photos are printed to accommodate those who wish to have their photograph signed.
When and where will the autograph/photograph sessions take place? The schedule for autograph and photograph sessions will be available closer to the sailing. The schedule can also be found in the Daily Program delivered to your cabin each evening and will include the time and location for those with Blue SeaPass Cards and those with Red SeaPass Cards. Please refer to the Daily Program onboard the ship for more information.
Guests MUST attend the session that aligns with their SeaPass Card color. Those who come to the incorrect autograph and/or photograph session will be turned away.
Can I transfer my autograph or photograph ticket to a different celebrity? Tickets are non-transferable. Tickets are only redeemable with the original celebrity selected at the time of purchase.
What if I miss the scheduled time? To avoid celebrity scheduling conflicts, the autograph and photograph sessions are only available at pre-scheduled times. Refunds will not be issued if you miss your scheduled time.
Will additional tickets be available for purchase onboard? Each celebrity has a maximum autograph and/or photograph limit. If the auto/photo limit has not been met, additional sessions can be purchased at a higher price onboard. Please refer to the Daily Program for specific hours and purchasing location.
Will character photograph opportunities be available? Please watch your email for future announcements regarding character photo opportunities.
How do I request a refund? If you need to request a refund, please submit your information HERE. Please note that refunds are only available pre-cruise and will not be issued if you miss your scheduled autograph/photograph session.
