Mark your calendars, because we’re setting sail February 20 – 27, 2027, onboard Royal Caribbean’s Mariner of the Seas, sailing from New Orleans, with stops in, Cozumel, George Town, and Montego Bay!

Guests who are currently booked on Star Trek: The Cruise 2026, will have first rights to complete a reservation for next year’s sailing, but you can guarantee your spot for 2027 by joining the Early Bird Sale!

WHAT IS THE EARLY BIRD SALE?

The Early Bird Sale is designed for anyone not currently booked on Star Trek: The Cruise 2026, but eager to sail in 2027. Star Trek: The Cruise sells out every year, and Early Bird participants will have the exclusive opportunity to finalize their reservations before the Open Booking begins on March 5th.

HOW DO you complete an early bird sale?

Starting January 26th at 10 AM Central Time, you can sign up for the Early Bird Sale. The process takes just a few minutes and can be done online or over the phone. Simply provide basic contact information and pay a small, non-refundable $200 deposit.

WHEN WILL you SELECT a CABIN?

If you join the Early Bird Sale, you’ll finalize your reservation and select a cabin starting March 2nd, BEFORE Open Booking begins! After you complete an Early Bird Sale, you will receive an email with further instructions on selecting your cabin, adding additional passengers, and selecting a payment plan.

HOW MUCH DOES THE CRUISE COST?

The total cost depends on the cabin type you choose. Your $200 Early Bird Sale deposit will be applied toward the total amount due once your reservation is complete.

**Who is Sailing on Star Trek: The Cruise X?**

Guests sailing on Star Trek: The Cruise IX (2026) will be the first to hear who will be joining the Star Trek: The Cruise X (2027), but we will transmit the official Crew Announcement to everyone on February 21st.

When does open booking begin?

If you do not wish to join the Early Bird Sale, that’s ok! Reservations can be completed when Open Booking begins March 5th.

Payment Plans

Guests who sign up for the Early Bird Sale will finalize their reservation beginning on March 3rd. The deposit of $200 will be applied to the total cost of the reservation.
Select your preferred payment plan (quarterly or monthly). Installments are charged on the 1st of the month based on your selected payment plan.
Each guest is required to pay port fees, taxes and gratuities of $400 per person ($450 per person for Suites) which are spread across the selected payment plan.

Ways to Save

Active and Retired US Military receive a 5% discount. Discount must be applied within 30 days of your deposit.
Reservations paid in full at the time of booking receive a 5% discount. Pay in Full discount is only offered up to 120 Days prior to the sailing.

3rd & 4th Passengers

Certain cabins can accommodate three or four passengers. The cost of the 3rd and 4th passenger vary per cabin type:

Interior: $1,000
Ocean View: $1,200
Balcony: $1,500
Suites: $2,000 (with the exception of Grand Suite – 2 Bedroom. Please contact a Reservation Specialist at 844.335.6515 for more details)

Age Restrictions

Passengers must be 21 years of age or older on the date the ship embarks. Passengers who are between the ages of 13-20 are permitted to sail if they are accompanied by an adult 21 years of age and booked in the same or adjoining stateroom. Guests who are 12 and under are not permitted to sail.

Cancellations / Changes

All payments made for a Reservation are non-refundable. By purchasing Travel Insurance, Guests can offset this risk. Additional details on Travel Insurance can be found under the TRAVEL INSURANCE tab below. All reservation change requests must be made by contacting our office at 844.335.6515 Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM CT – 5:00 PM CT or Friday 9:00 AM CT – 4:00 PM CT. Changes made to an existing reservation within 120 days of the embarkation date are subject to a $150 manifest change fee.

Travel Insurance

Entertainment Cruise Productions strongly encourages the purchase of Travel Insurance. All payments made for a Reservation are non-refundable. Though insurance may be purchased up to 48 hours prior to sailing, to secure the broadest coverage, including pre-existing conditions, Travel Insurance must be purchased within 14 days of the payment of your deposit.
